The safety of your pet and our other guests is our utmost concern and therefore we must meet you and your dog at our home prior to boarding.  When boarding for the first time, if your dog is boarding more than 3 nights a trial night is required. Trial nights are complimentary and pick up is by 11 am the following morning.  Trial nights are at our discretion and not scheduled on weekends or during peak periods.  
 
Dog/Puppy Boarding
All rates are subject to 13% HST and prices are subject to change.

Please be advised that if you pick the *in crate* option for your dog and we deem it necessary to remove them from the crate because of anxiety or barking, either the out of crate or luxury boarding rates will apply depending on the situation.

IN CRATE:

$27 per night for the first dog.
10% off for each additional dog.

OUT OF CRATE:

$32 per night for the first dog.
10% off for each additional dog.

LUXURY BOARDING:

$40 per night for the first dog.
$10% off for each additional dog.

A fee of $5.00 per day will apply for any dog that is not completely house trained.


PUPPIES UNDER 5 MONTHS OF AGE

$40 per night.

No fee for house training will apply.

Special care needs to be given to ensure the safety and health of puppies who stay in our home. They require a greater amount of our attention with regards to training and socialization, therefore we deem it necessary to charge a slightly higher rate.

Check Out Times/Discounts
Check out time is by 11:00 am or the posted daycare fee will apply and your dog is welcome to stay until we close at 6:00 pm sharp! We keep business hours even though we operate out of our home, therefore we do not offer late pick up options.

Discounts are available for military and police personnel, foster and rescue dogs, and for long term stays. Please inquire.

 
Daycare

Our daycare is available daily from 7 am to 6 pm.  Daycare is not available during March break or between December 22-31.


$18 per day for the first dog.
10% off per day for each additional dog.

Shuttle Service
We are pleased to offer convenient door to door shuttle service for your boarding stays! Our shuttle is available between 7:30 am and 9:30 am.  Please book in advance.  There must be someone home for pick ups and drop offs.  

$15 for round trip pick-up and drop-off within our 50km coverage area.

$10 for one way trips.

$0.50/km for trips outside our area.

Shuttle trips are completely complimentary for boarding stays of 7 or more nights!

Please contact us for a quote if you need transportation for your pet other than for boarding. We are available for airport drop offs and pick ups to and from Kingston, Toronto and Ottawa.

 

Baths
$25 for small-medium dogs 20-60 lbs.

$30 for large dogs 60-80 lbs.
 
Medications
Free of charge.

This includes eye and ear drops, pills, and subcutaneous injections. Emergency transport to your veterinarian if needed is included, should the need arise. After-hours veterinary care is available.
Payment, Reservations and Cancellations

As we only take a limited number of dogs, it is important to make your boarding reservation as early as possible, particularly for busy holiday periods. 

Boarding reservations during March Break and Winter (Dec 20-Jan 5) require a 5 night minimum stay and a 50% deposit. Refunds are issued for cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice.

Although we work 365 days a year, we are closed to the public for Jan 1, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Dec 24, and Dec 25.  We close at 12pm on Dec 31. 

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations.  Charges apply for cancellations within 48 hours.  There are no refunds for early returns once a boarding stay has begun. 

We accept cash, cheque or online interac payments.  We do not accept debit, credit cards or PayPal.
